The Inflow Matrix stands for ‘information flowing through a matrix’.
Matrix comes from the latin word for womb.
Perhaps we are ever searching
to remake our wombs
to have the safety
and warmth
of our
place of origin.

The Inflow Matrix
is information
flowing through a structure.
It is multidimensional.
It is values based
and knowledge sensitive.

It is a unifying language system
that centers
together
all the separate pieces
of your
business
and
personal
life.

We all have online
and offline
systems of organizing information,
how well do they all integrate?

How overwhelmed are you
with all the information to manage,
especially as a
knowledge worker?

The Inflow Matrix
looks to improve
productivity
and the quality of work done in
4 critical areas
for human beings:

LEARNING

CREATIVITY

COMMUNICATION

HEALTH

LEVELS

It is a self-organizing,
emerging,
open system
that is looking for the right technology
and people
to bring all of the sustainable solutions
into one whole free educational system.

We are missing a holistic,
comprehensive values based
approach
to
solving
many of the world’s
greatest issues.

Currently
an outdated
‘Industrial Revolution Language Paradigm’
is running the planet
with its fear mongering,
great greed
and a con of a financial system.

The key element is debt
and what would life be
without it.

Instead,
replaced by communities of sovereign beings
who create a life together,
free from oppressive monetary control systems
of governments
that are not looking out
for the interests of the whole,
but for the limited greedy interests of the few
that put them in power.

This is a proven fact.

Well the masses have woken up.
The emperor is riding around with no clothes
and so many people,
namely the Cultural Creatives (50 million strong)
are looking to a more peaceful,
sustainable
loving
co-existence.

No one wants more war
except those who personally gain from it.

The corruption,
the wars,
the bombings
are all symbols of the past
because when the masses
start to apply their overwhelming strength
in peaceful strikes,
you will watch things
unfold very differently.

You watch what inspired human beings
can do in service to the greater whole
when they find a way
to align their gifts and talents
with the means
to produce their lifestyle choice.

The Inflow Matrix
is a set of maps
anyone can use to transform their gifts and talents
into a sustainable lifestyle.

And when all the businesses connect together,
they do so on the same platform.

Within this platform
is a way to create a
Shared Knowledge Community.

This is when all the knowledge workers
organize around some
cause, issue, or product
and all use the inflow matrix
as the uniting information system.

The added synergy
due to values alignment,
coupled with a mapped out system of info flow
will lead a group of pioneers into new territories
of online and offline collaboration.

We are in a renaissance.
Why not use this time to transform
what is no longer working
into things that work really well?

Just go ahead and do it.
Don’t ask anyone’s permission
just take initiative to make everything
more sustainable all the time.

The key to doing this
is communication and learning
to really read your own context
as well as the context of
whom you are speaking with
before you begin to connect.

The Inflow Matrix
has maps and card sets
to allow you to do this.

It’s a way to see connection and alignment
in all the chaos and noise
that the ‘Industrial Revolution Language Paradigm’
uses to keep people
confused and doubtful.

In business
you need to know where someone is,
and where they want to go
and how you are going to help them get there.

In whatever form it takes,
the same essential process is occurring.
If you have a very appropriate language structure,

The Power of Story

With the change in name and journeying back into the cyberworld, namely Facebook, I am overcome with the need to explain myself. Because now, there are too many witnesses, too many relationships along the timeline are gathering in one place and I find it intense.

Everyone else seems to be ok with it. I don’t see people screaming anywhere. Maybe its because I jumped out of it a year ago and found what it was like not to be so connected with immediate communication capacities, yet at the same time what communication then exists? Or do we see how we don’t communicate, or we didn’t communicate, or we just don’t want to communicate with everyone all the time.

I see faces at different stages of my life. I see witnesses of different timelines

And yet.

No one knows the whole story. No one can weave the threads together but ourselves. What is each of our stories? At life midpoint or thereabouts one can look back and see as much as what lies ahead. Yet now we have some experience. We have our experiences. We have our story. And when we have some lucid moments we compare our story, our interpretation of our life’s experiences, with how reality is portrayed to us by the dominant language paradigm of the context we find ourselves in.

And most people live others peoples stories that are birthed in this dominant language paradigm. They come from the same cognitive space. And it’s meant to devour your inner story. It’s very deadly and almost never discussed or witnessed.

People end up not carving out their own stories and that is a sad acknowledgement. Instead, we have movies, and books and other peoples stories continually inputing their path and the ACCOMPANYING DATA into your mind.

If you have no story you don’t have a chance. The stories out there will fill you up and you won’t be able to tell the difference between any of them because you have no internal reference point to check it out against your direct experience.

I find I need to tell my story. I need to tie the pieces together and see how the story could expand….because once you know the story and how you fit into it….then you can make your own interpretation of the information presented. Because right now significance can change.

People who thought they were something, become something else.

When is your chance to do something incredible? When is your chance to make your mark? How does destiny pull at your roots and send you on tangents you would never have imagined possible?

That’s when it is a good idea to have a good story so you can keep track of things. So you can out things in context.

As I look back at the story I have been in, it centers around different people, all masters in some way. We would spend some time together and then we would part ways. Some more time, some less time. But one thing I knew was that there was a much different connection with you than with everyone else.

Everyone distinguishes this in their relationships. Some people are far closer than others. Some people you let in deep and some not at all. The depth of connection determines the kind of relationship it will be.

So with each of you there was a depth of connection. There was a sharing of each others being. A sharing of each others knowledge. We constantly learn form one another. Deep down that may be our most favourable characteristic. We can learn. We can learn to change. We can learn to fashion our own story so we know exactly what we stand for and how we conduct ourselves on this planet in this lifetime at this time. Now.

So each of you has an interpretation of me and for some of you…an interpretation of me and my work and that is what I want to explain to you. I have never explained fully the whole idea to anyone. I haven’t really attempted to write about it except in bits & pieces. But what I found out it is that the story that is the most interesting part.

You may not want to learn about the design of a multi-dimensional values based communication system and all its intricacies. But you probably might want to know about the story behind it and how you fit into it.

For each of you hold keys to the unfolding of the puzzle. Each of you holds a genius that is necessary to see something that no one else does.

Or so I hope. Or I have sensed. Or I am totally out to lunch on.

We shall see. For only those that really can follow a story will really benefit from this. For it is in our sharing of stories that we then can share meaning and significance together. And if we don’t do that then are we truly in relationship?

I am looking to see who I am really connected with. I want to end the illusions of presumption and see who is there. At least to hear the story. Because it’s a good one. It’s a funny one. And a very strange one. And it will stretch your beliefs outside of its confinements if you let it.

The Power of Worldview Altitude

As we get closer to 2012, where the Mayan Calendar ends, and all other such prophecies aim to end (eg. Hopi, Revelations), we feel the quickening of time. As more and more events happen faster and faster, our internal timing mechanisms shift. Some call it the Quickening, some call it Rapture, some call it Blissing Out, Some call it the End of the World.

Whatever the case may be we are going through some sort of change or maybe even a transformation at a very rapid pace, and yet so slow that we can’t even see it.

Some see it.

Some are riding at the front of the wave and have been for a number of years. The pioneers, the explorers who decided to go beyond the current thought, beliefs, and assumptions of the NORM and ventured into the unknown.

For the unknown is really where it is at. At least if you admit you don’t know, then you may be able to see what is actually going on rather than using the out dated language system of the past to try to make sense of something going on in a much different context.

Timelessness all the time? Do you understand that? Do you understand that you are being driven by your potential which is actually perfect and in HYPERSPACE?

Huh?

What about the High Self, or the Soul? How do they relate to the Full Potential Self? And where do all the levels in Ken Wilber’s Spiral Dynamics come in?

What about God being an Angry God and you were going to hell if you ....what...masturbated? Shit!

Does this mean I am in the wrong lifetime? Did you put my idol somewhere? I thought we weren’t allowed to speak my own language. If I confess my sins I am fully off the hook? God doesn’t approve of __________. I am God. You are God. But they are not God. God is everywhere. Go is nowhere. God is all that is. God is beyond form. You must do this ____ and this _____ to please God or else (no matter where he/she/it is)!

At what point do beliefs get kind of funny? When you ask someone if they really believe what they just said in such a way that the person knows you think they are idiot for believing that but nobody says nuthin’ cause that’s the way it is.

So that we do not totally freak each other out with our suspect beliefs we have devised a system to group beliefs into WORLDVIEWS. We name some of them RELIGIONS and they become a thought structure to perceive reality through.

If you don’t understand what was just said, then you are trapped in the current WORLDVIEW you are in. How can you be objective without understanding other WORLDVIEWS? How do you even know what your WORLDVIEW is until you have spent some time in someone else’s and then CHOOSE for yourself what to believe?

This is what is meant as WORLDVIEW ALTITUDE. Being able to move upwards towards a more unifying consciousness and to see the other WORLDVIEWS for what they are: language structures to perceive reality.

In religions you add in the different interpretations of GOD and Worldviews can get even funnier. Funny in a funny kind of way, not in a weird kind of way. Because we human beings are the comedy channel for the universe and they get a lot of laughs. And to think we are not being observed is part of the funniness.

We seem to be exceedingly dumb as a species but we also have some sort of ingenuity that is about to burst exponentially forth as we learn to truly collaborate on the web.

For that is the next step and it has to be done now and it has to be done by those people that truly want to create a peaceful harmonious place for all. A place with a tolerance for multiple and diverse worldviews.

If you give everyone food, water, shelter, clothes, work and love you would see a much different world. And especially the love part. If all of the major RELIGIONS speak of it, why isn’t it demonstrating itself in the treatment of the people of the planet and of the planet itself?

And yet for some reason people continue to hold beliefs in their WORLDVIEW that there is no love...so there isn’t. We carry beliefs from our childhood weaved into our cultural conditioning, patterned in school and then into the work world. Who knows who we really are?

People go to workshops, psychologists, groups, books, gurus and all such external help to cure the one nagging feeling within nearly all...where is this love?

And each WORLDVIEW attempts to answer this question. Many prophets came before and had the keys to the puzzle of evolving human consciousness to a point of SELF-REALIZATION and outside of the prison we are currently trapped within.

If you do not view the current collective consciousness as a prison then you are still in it. You have to break free but this doesn’t mean you will be blissing out all the time, it actually means you are out in left field alone and without many people (or anyone) to talk to. Unless someone has wrenched you free, but even then you have to face it yourself. At the end of the day you are alone within your own mind.

So you wrench yourself free, you see the cultural conditioning and traps that everyone seems to be in. The lack of love. Then what?

Again the problem becomes that you cannot talk to anyone about it in a way that really makes sense in the long run. Your family and friends are distant and can’t understand what you are going through. Part of breaking away is breaking free from their expectations of who they think you are.

Rise above your Worldview, for it is just the mind. The mind is the trap so you can’t use it to get out of the trap. You can give it something to do, but you have to be the master. The mind has to stop controlling you through the programmed WORLDVIEW. If you can’t see the beliefs of your WORLDVIEW within a sea of choices, then you are always going down the same channels, preordained but certainly not going upwards with any true freedom of choice.

For its all about altitude as the Eastern Masters might suggest. To switch from thinking to being and to know the difference. To know how to break free of limited thinking and get to a place of knowing because you are in a state of being that transcends whatever use to be a problem.

Just something to think about.
